The event dedicated to extra virgin olive oil organized by ‘La Pecora Nera Editore’ and ‘Oleonauta’ has reached its second edition: after the great success of last year, January 14, 2019 – this time at the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa in Rome – the event designed to raise awareness and train operators in the catering and gastronomy sector on the use of quality extra-virgin olive oil, tracing new paths that can bring together and compare producers, restaurateurs, consumers and above all the chefs and pizza chefs who choose and use extra virgin olive oil for their dishes.
