Valuer.ai has created a list of the best European startups AgTech that use data to ensure that the future of food production is in the safety of the hands of technologically equipped growers.

Representing Italy and above all the olive oil world we find Elaisian, a company founded in Rome in 2016 founded by Giovanni Di Mambro and Damiano Angelici, the only startup that has developed a precision agriculture service focused on the protection of olive trees.

Elaisian has in fact created a system of algorithms capable of preventing diseases and optimizing cultivation processes such as irrigation and fertilization, with the aim of improving both the life span of the olive trees and the work of the producer.

Elaisian has over 250 olive farms in 6 countries around the world, which use this innovative precision farming system, also boasting a main office in Rome and another in Cordoba.
